Module “One”
⚡️ Regulating Nervous System ⚡️
- Learn all the ways to regulate the nervous system.
- Learn how to manage symptoms.
- Discern what causes you to overstimulate.
- Learn to hack the nervous system.
- Understand how to practically use the nervous system and design a lifestyle for that.
- Recognise when you are over stimulated and discern whether it is Food, Movement, Light, Sound, Smell or People. How to anti stim each one.
- Understanding what stresses me is different to what stresses you. Stressor vs Stress reaction. Placebo and Nocebo.
- Understand Tasking levels and the concept of Resilient Neurology. New measurement of health.
- Understand pain. Pain science, the nature of pain and healing pain with method.
- Understand Immunity and how the brain controls it. Learn to rewire immune reactions.

- How to stay Congruent in a relationship.
- Relationship with others, how to recognise when entering a constellation.
